A BILL to amend and reenact §20-2-22a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to hunting, tagging and reporting bear; changing and clarifying lawful weight limits and providing that no bear may be shot at or killed while accompanied by a cub or to shoot at or kill a cub so accompanied regardless of its weight.
